Check-in Steps

By the day before check-in:

Access the dedicated URL sent to you after booking and register the following:

Full name, address, date of birth, occupation
Photo of your ID (passport, driver's license, etc.)
Departure date and expected time

On the day of arrival:

Open the dedicated URL and tap "Check-in"
Scan the QR code installed at the facility
Take a selfie for AI facial recognition
Once verified, you can enter the room

Check-out: Press the "Check-out" button in the system.

Please check out by 10:00. Our cleaning staff arrive promptly after check-out. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the facility running smoothly.
